Meet the directors of Dovepoint Education
Joanne was trained, by the Market Research Society and Unilever, in the principles and practice of diagnostic assessment, and worked for several years designing and analysing diagnostic tests for the personal products industry.
Joanne has over twenty years’ experience in the classroom.
She has worked in both the state and private sectors, in schools with diverse catchment areas.
For several years Joanne worked for the DfE Standards and Testing Agency as an expert reviewer for the national KS2 SATS papers.
Oscar has a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge. Growing up he loved maths and has been involved with the development of Dovepoint Education since he was a teenager.
Since graduating, Oscar has worked in industry as an engineer, writing code and designing the next generation of computer chips. He has always had a passion for data and how it can be used to make positive changes.
